This document outlines the types of personal information received and collected by mentalomega.com and the Mental Omega Client and how it is used. By downloading, installing and using Mental Omega 3.3, you are agreeing
to these terms. Using the Mod Mental Omega is available for free to download from our official website and ModDB. If you paid for this, you have been scammed. We have not, do not and will not charge for the mod. You are granted unlimited license to use the software under the conditions that you do not modify it further for public use. This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful to you, but without any warranty. We, as the developers, do NOT provide you with authorization to the sub-mod releases or mappacks that modify Mental Omega itself in a significant way by altering or redistributing the original Mental Omega assets e.g. voxels, sprites, maps, missions, INI. This also includes making use of unauthorized DLLs, copyrighted music, client assets, updater settings and mix encryption methods, which are not part of the latest mod release. As we have included the official Phobos versions in our release plans, you can include an official Phobos build with the mission pack. However, we do not and can not guarantee that any third-party map packs that did not come from us, the developers, will not put your computer at risk or cause harm to your game or mod installations. Any alterations to the private copy of the mod done by the user are at their own risk. Without exceptions, we do NOT provide anyone with the permission to rehost the mod or its patches on other servers. The old versions of the mod or its patches, which are no longer available for public download, were made so with full intention by the developers and also should not be rehosted without permission. The mod is made in accordance with the EA's Command & Conquer Franchise Modding Guidelines. Web Log Files Like many other Websites, mentalomega.com makes use of log files.
